- At Monte Descend in Canada, different mountain bikers from different disciplines came together for a team competition. First, cross-country riders climbed the area around a few of the major hotels, cut through forest tracks and then looped back into the village. Once these riders completed their lap, their team number was radioed to the start of the downhill course and their DH team-mate dropped in!
