About Rajon
Rajon Rondo: quick hands, quick feet, quick mind. Having announced he would forgo his final two seasons at the University of Kentucky, where he had already set the single-season record for steals, point guard Rajon Rondo was picked up by the Phoenix Suns in the 2006 draft and then later traded to the Boston Celtics.
He spent much of his first season on the bench, starting only 25 times, but then he found his rhythm and quickly found a place in a team made up of established stars like Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce. With Rondo as the starting point guard, together they turned the Celtics into a championship-winning team. When he’s not on the courts, Rajon can probably be found practising his roller skating.
