- Winter X Games 15 takes place at the end of January and will see more than 200 of the best action sports athletes from the world over compete in Skiing, Snowboarding and Snowmobiling. This year for the 10th consecutive times, the action takes place in Aspen, Colorado. Winter X 15 will be held from Jan 27th - 30th with Winter X Europe taking place between March 16th - 18th in Tignes, France. The European event will see upwards of 125 athletes go head-to-head in the disciplines of Snowboard and Skiing in France for the second year. An incredible 43 million viewers tuned in to watch the action last year on ESPN, making it its biggest and most watched live event ever. Winter X Games 14 also set a new attendance record in Aspen at Buttermilk Mountain with a total of 84,100 spectators over four days, beating the previous Aspen best of 76,150 set in 2007 and proving that these events just get better and better every year, make sure you don't miss out!
