With the Mugello GP in their rear-view and Hohenstein-Ernstthal in Germany in Germany coming up, it’s time to check in with the riders’ blogs…
[At the Mugello GP], the bike was sliding the whole race and we were changing position a lot but on the last lap I tried braking a lot harder into the corners so no-one could pass me and I ended up crossing the line 1st. I was so happy to win at such a beautiful track. Now I'm 17 points in front and I hope to increase it more by the next few races :)
It was the best weekend and probably one of the funnest races I've had. Now hopefully Sachsenring can be the same :)
Despite challenges presented by the wet weather conditions, Arthur Sissis rained, sorry, reigned victorious at the Italy GP.

We were going to rent a car and drive to Mugello, but my Dad lost his license before we flew out and so we had to travel by bus, taxi and train, which was kind of interesting. After a day in Pisa we caught the train to Firenze and then to Borgo San Lorenzo. Getting to the track and to our hotel was difficult but Stephan and Brad Binder's dad gave us some lifts and the hotel owner was very kind and drove us to the track in the mornings.
Despite some bad planning by his father (and with a little help from his rivals), Joe Roberts finally arrived in Mugello in time for the big race.

I have ridden at Sachsenring and it is a nice track! Up and down, fast and slow corners, everything is there.

'Whenever we Rookies boys race, rain comes.'
Whenever we Rookies boys race, rain comes. I was 8th fastest during qualifying but also had a crash and almost couldn't start the race. Luckily, the Doctor gave me the green light at the last minute to ride but with a special cast on my leg.
The wet weather didn't help Hafiq Azmi's chances at Mugello.

Can't wait to pick up riding my number 43 KTM, that's the number that I have had from my first race and I'm very fond of it.
Will Stefano Valtulini's lucky number bring his good fortune in Germany? Only time will tell.

Mugello is my favourite track and I enjoy it a lot, after Assen I was praying for a dry race. Yet my prayers were not answered as we had rain yet again!!!
I am excited for Sachsenring and I am hoping for a good dry weekend.
Like the rest of his rivals, Brad Binder's had enough of the rain clouds. Won't somebody bring the sunshine?
