The new Illume app, which was launched on June 1, 2011, allows you to dive deep in the world of action and adventure sports as it showcases the most outstanding extreme sports photos from the world's most talented photographers. The FWA is an industry-recognized site that highlights technologies with inspirational ideas.
The award-winning Red Bull Illume app is available for free download at the iTunes store and includes audio commentary and stories behind the best pictures from the 2010 Red Bull Illume Image Quest. The app allows you to explore images from the amazing 250 semi-finalists and 50 finalists, while also making it easy for you to keep in touch with the latest Red Bull Illume news and info.
In addition to setting the internet alight, Red Bull Illume is also touring the world with unique outdoors exhibits which proudly display the 50 finalist photos are displayed on giant lightboxes - the tour’s next stop is at Hangar 7 in Salzburg/Austria in August.
