Gary Hunt

In his latest blog, Gary tells us about how he's been stepping up his dives ahead of tomorrow's Red Bull Cliff Diving round.

It's me again. I'm at the fifth Red Bull Cliff Diving stop in Antalya, Turkey. We've just had the first day of training, and it went very well for me, as I learned a new dive, which was a back triple with four twists. This is an extra twist, compared with the previous hardest dive in the world, so it has a very high degree of difficulty at 6.2. This is also the first dive performed where it is not possible to do the lead-up from 10m because it has too many twists and somersaults. Hopefully this will give me a much better chance of stopping Orlando Duque winning all of the competitions! The competition here in Antalya is tomorrow, so I'm trying to get some rest, as I need to be relaxed and focused if I want to challenge for the top spot.
