Normally it’s all about money, but on Monday morning something totally different rocked the boat.
In the German city of Frankfurt Orlando Duque and Alain Kohl climbed up the steel construction of the historical bridge „Eiserner Steg“ to dive from 16m. The Colombian and his contestant from Luxembourg seized the time between two planes to prepare for the German stop of the Red Bull Cliff Diving Series in Hamburg on August 29. “It’s a perfect chance to get used to the urban setting here in the city center of Frankfurt. The next locations will be more natural and we’ll dive from traditional cliffs. Today was a good preparation for the stop in Hamburg“, was the unanimous résumé of the two cliff divers after their six dives each and the surprised passers-by’s applaus.
In only a few days the cliff divers will meet again in Croatia for the third stop of the series in Dubrovnik on July 11 .
